Seafood Garam Masala Bell Pepper Curry on Adlai Bed | Hineleban Store

Onions

Garlic

Fish fillet cubes

1 kg Chicken cubes

1 cup of fresh coconut milk

1 cup of water 

1 tsp garam masala

1 tsp curry

1 cup of chopped bell peppers

1 tsp of salt.  

Raisins

Parsley

Bell peppers

Fried saba banana siding

A cup of cooked Hineleban Farms Adlai

In a pot, place onions, garlic and olive oil. Then add assorted sea food (like shrimp, fish fillet cubes, chicken cubes, then add 1 cup of fresh coconut milk (fresh is better for diabetes as canned coconut brings up blood sugar), 1 cup water, also add 1 tsp garam masala and 1 tsp curry, 1 cup of chopped bell peppers, then season with 1 tsp of salt.  

Let it cook in medium heat for about 25 minutes, then serve with raisin, parsley, bell peppers and fried saba banana siding on adlai bed.
