olive oil

3 cloves of garlic

1/2 kilo chicken liver (previously soaked in milk)

1 tsp cajun seasoning

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp rum

3 cups of cooked Hineleban Farms Adlai

1 cup finely chopped parsley

In pan drizzle olive oil, add 3 cloves of garlic, then 1/2 kilo chicken liver , sauté , add 1 tsp cajun seasoning and 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp salt , 1 tbsp rum.

Then once liver cooked, crush and mix into 3 cups of cooked Adlai. Mix together and let it cook.

Lastly, add 1 cup finely chopped parsley then serve.
