chopped garlic

olive oil

4 chopped spanish chorizo

1 cup malunggay

1 cup tomato sauce

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp spanish paprika

1/2 cup chopped bell pepper

1 cup sweet peas

4 cups of cooked Hineleban Farms Adlai

1 tsp of salt

hard boiled eggs

In a paellera, sauté chopped garlic in olive oil, then add 4 chopped spanish chorizo, 1 cup malunggay 1 cup tomato sauce , 1 tsp smoked paprika and 1 tsp spanish paprika, 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper, 1 cup sweet peas, then let all cook together.  

Then add 4 cups of cooked adlai, 1 tsp of salt, then flatten on paellera and create toppings of sliced chori, peas, bell peppers and hard boiled eggs. Cover the pan and let it cook in medium heat for another 15 minutes before serving.
