3 cups of finely chopped parsley
1.5 cups of cooked Hineleban Farms Adlai,
1/2 cup finely chopped dried mangoes
2/3 cup chopped white onions
1 cup chopped tomatoes.
Salad Dressing
1 tsp cumin
4 tbsp calamansi fresh
2 tsp coco sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
In bowl, put 3 cups of finely chopped parsley, then add 1.5 cups of cooked Adlai, then add 1/2 cup finely chopped dried mangoes, 2/3 cup chopped white onions and 1 cup chopped tomatoes. Toss them together then add the dressing (1 tsp cumin, 4 tbsp calamansi fresh , 2 tsp coco sugar ( safe for diabetes) , 1/2 tsp salt and 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil) beat together and toss over salad then serve.
