Terms & Conditions for Online Orders

Below are the guidelines for ordering products from hinelebanstore.com. Orders submitted assume that you have read and understood these guidelines. Your orders are considered sold and the transaction final after submission. Changes in your online transaction may be accommodated only up to 4 p.m. of the same day, on a best efforts basis, and subject to third party service provider policies (e.g. Paypal, credit card, etc.).

 

I. Prices

Prices and delivery charges are as published at the online store and are final upon submitting your order. Hineleban reserves the right to change published prices without prior notice.

 

II. Order Fulfillment Options

 

Via Courier Service

Orders for delivery within Metro Manila are received within three (3) to four (4) working days. Orders for delivery outside Metro Manila are received within five (5) to six (6) working days. Courier charges are for the buyer’s account.

Pick-up Option

You may opt to pick-up your orders. Pick-up options are—

  1. Hineleban Café located inside Backwell, Kalayaan Avenue, Makati City, Daily, 7:00 a.m. to 12 mid-night.

  2. 23rd Floor, Summit Office Tower, 530 Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City, Mondays to Fridays, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Should you want to change your fulfillment option after you have submitted your order, please contact us by email or sms. We will accommodate your request on a best efforts basis, as we may no longer be able to cancel the booking with the third party courier service provider.

 

III. Payment

Payment options include Paypal, credit card, bank deposit, C.O.D or Cash on Pick-up.

IV. Exchange, Damaged Goods

Hinelebanstore does not accept returns.

Damaged goods will be replaced. Buyer should send an e-mail to order@hinelebanstore.com and attach a photo showing the damaged goods and provide a written description of the damage. Hineleban will arrange for the immediate replacement of damaged goods.
