INDIAN INFLUENCED ADLAI WITH CASHEW RAISINS PARSLEY & CUMIN WITH CHOICE OF SHRIMP OR CHICKEN SKEWERS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2-cups Adlai
  • ¼-cup Raisins
  • 1-tsp. cumin
  • ¼ cup Cashew nuts
  • 1tsp Salt
  • Parsel For Garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

Fry adlai with olive oil, add Cumin, Raisins, Cashew Nuts, Salt, Parsley.
